SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
In-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. During major promotions or peak periods, processing and delivery may take longer.
Shipping Destinations and Costs
We ship to the countries and regions available for selection at checkout. Standard shipping is free (USD $0) for all destinations currently supported by our checkout. Expedited shipping is USD $9.99 when that option is available for the destination. If a destination or expedited service is unavailable, it will not appear at checkout.
Estimated Transit Times
Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by the destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. During peak periods, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Carriers
We select an appropriate tracked carrier for the destination, which may include UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or another qualified carrier.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with the tracking number and order details. Please use the tracking link in that email or contact support@ourushop.com if you need help.
Taxes, VAT, and Import Duties
Taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment. Depending on the delivery country, the customer may be responsible for VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges, or other import fees that are not collected at checkout. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included unless expressly shown during checkout.
Address Changes and Delivery Issues
Please contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed. For a lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered package, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
