RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the order is delivered. To start a return, email support@ourushop.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns must be authorized before they are shipped.

Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund. Promotional or clearance items are final sale only when this is clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Do not send a return before receiving authorization and return instructions from us.

Return Shipping and Fees
For returns caused by customer preference, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved non-defective returns. If the item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate replacement.

Refund Timing
We will inspect the returned item after it arrives and notify you of the result. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
