With this metal hose clamp kit,you will be able to flexibly cut steel strapping of different lengths to create your own worm gear hose clamps in the right size for the future projects. No longer have to worry about buying different size hose clamps for different pipes, which can save your money and more convenient
Our pipe strap clamps are all made of heavy-duty 304 stainless steel(includes metal straps, housing and screws), which is a strong and durable material. Even in harsh environmental conditions, still provides excellent corrosion and rust resistance, ensure long-lasting use of adjustable hose clamps
To eliminate concerns about break out and strip out,our stainless hose clamps is designed with a reinforced and widened steel band, featuring through-hole manufacturing craftsmanship, precise polished surface without burrs, a large torque that tightly locks and fixes hoses to effectively prevent pipeline leakage issues, and the hose will not incur any damage
The metal straps passes smoothly through the worm gear screw mechanism without any snagging and when tightened, the straps firmly in place. The screws will not loosen, slip or fall out and thereby increase the stability of the product. Simple installation,it can be loosened or tightened with a flathead screwdriver or a socket wrench with a standard size of 5/16 inches(8mm)
The adjustable large hose clamps assortment kit is best suited for indoor and outdoor pipes, hoses, tubes, cable, securing and hanging, garden fence, dryer vent, fuel lines, ducting and any other plumbing system. Perfect for pole mount bracket, muffler heat shield, heating, cooling, exhaust, ventilation mechanical, agriculture, intercooler, air condition system, automotive, industrial, marine, mechanical applications, etc.

Make sure you insert the hole without the teeth tab first
Suitable for securing hoses, ducts, vents, cables, fences, fuel lines, and pipes in automotive, marine, HVAC, and industrial projects.
I needed a quick and dirty way to get something mounted to a gate pole and these do the trick. I usually do a DIY quick clamp with a tightener tool and some bailing wire but figured I would try something new that might last a bit longer. Took some figuring on how to set up the clamp itself and then took some doing to cut but it does the job well. If you are a home DIY or total newbie you might have similar trouble.

A little bit of turning with a screw driver and it tightened up very well and holds the guides in place just the way I wanted. This is definitely a nice option for securing around any large round object like my project as well as things like flexible ducting or large hose like on a grass collection system.

These worked perfect. Being able to use the exact size needed was a big bonus. These were much stronger/better quality than others I've looked at. Very happy with this purchase and my rigging in order to carry my cane with me on my wheelchair.

I am making an emergency water prep unit that includes a pressurized well tank and, eventually, a pressurized tank for storing reverse-osmosis-filtered water. This worm-drive hose clamp kit resolves those concerns, as shown in the attached photo. The large worm drive clamp provides tighter clamping and more secure support than stainless steel zip ties — two of which the photo shows are installed nearby.

The metal strapping in this kit is tough stuff- stainless steel. It does require tools to manage it and the end result seems just as capable as the over the counter hose clamps from the hardware store. I recommend studying the videos or step by step photos on Amazon for the initial process of connecting the strap to the worm gear assembly. After that, future assembly should be straight forward and quick.

This is kind of unique and nice for making larger or custom straps. These could work on large hoses, secure things to poles or posts, or fasten accessories, lines, etc. to equipment. I used to hold a small welding tank onto a welding cart so it did not tip off.

Use metal snips rated for stainless steel and the thickness of your hose clamp banding. A clamp-specific cutter is not necessary, but household scissors are not suitable. Wear safety glasses and protective gloves, and do not force a cutter that cannot handle the material.
When using a make your own hose clamp kit, measure and mark the band before cutting, allowing enough length for the fastener's required overlap. Work with the loose band away from the hose. Trim only the surplus end—not the section that must engage with the worm gear hose clamp housing. Confirm the required overlap with OURU before cutting if it is not specified in your instructions.
After cutting, use a hand file to remove burrs and smooth the end corners so the band can feed through the housing without snagging.
An exposed metal tail can cause cuts or scratches. Where hands or nearby components may touch it, fit a purpose-made hose clamp cover. Choose a hose clamp protector that matches the band width and is suitable for the installation's temperature and chemical exposure.
Trim only unnecessary excess, preserve the fastener's required engagement, and smooth the cut edge afterward. We recommend a fitted cover rather than a sharp fold or ordinary tape alone as permanent protection. Shortening the tail does not remove the need to protect its newly cut edge.
For smaller connections, consider a correctly sized, pre-made small hose clamp instead of modifying an oversized band. This avoids unnecessary cutting, although any remaining sharp tail should still be covered.
Create the clamp size your project needs with the OURU DIY hose clamp kit. Cut the hose clamp roll to length and assemble it with the included fasteners. This cut-to-fit design accommodates different hose and duct diameters, reducing the need to stock separate packs of pre-sized clamps.
The band, housing and screws are all made from 304 stainless steel, giving these stainless steel hose clamps corrosion-resistant construction throughout. Reinforced, widened hose clamp banding provides sturdy fastening for compatible connections when correctly sized and tightened, making it practical for household repairs and workshop projects.
The screw mechanism draws the band around the connection, creating worm gear hose clamps that adjust with a flathead screwdriver or compatible 8 mm socket. Loosen the fastener for servicing and reuse undamaged components, making later adjustments and maintenance straightforward without cutting the band each time.
Build adjustable hose clamps for compatible ventilation ducting, dryer vent connections and pole-mounted brackets. Whether you need a custom-fit dryer vent hose clamp or a band for a mounting project, prepare the length required and keep unused banding with spare fasteners for future jobs.
